The FRAC Harness is a simple D.I.Y. plug and play method of taking control of your vehicle cameras. It integrates with the rear OEM camera as well as additional owner-installed cameras and provides viewing of any selected camera video at any time. Due to the lifecycle of the FRAC harness and the increasing difficulty in obtaining raw materials to build these adapter kits to fit new models, product support for all of these items will be operated through AutoHarnessHouse.com. While we are not the original developer of the FRAC harness, for many years, we have provided the wiring and developed similar kits for non-Toyota vehicles to expand the use-case for the FRAC adapters. Front-Rear Anytime Camera (FRAC) Harness (2014-2021)
The FRAC Camera wiring harness allows you to add a front camera to your Toyota vehicle and will give you full control of the camera display. With the included switch, you will be able to toggle between the front camera, rear camera (in reverse), and rear camera (on demand). The kit includes the wiring harness with circuit board, a basic circular toggle switch (Upgrade available to an OEM style switch), VIM override switch, and a crimp connector that can be used to power the front camera. The VIM switch function allows you to turn off the "Vehicle In Motion" lockout that is built into your OEM Toyota unit. When this lockout is not disabled, the user cannot use certain functions such as address programming for the built in navigation or certain input functions. Since vehicle speed is also used to improve navigation performance, we do not suggest leaving this wire disconnected at all times. The connection for the front camera is a standard RCA cable. No wire splicing or cutting is required in your truck's wiring! (You will, however, need to run the wiring for the front camera through the firewall) This adapter is fully plug and play and detailed installation instructions are available here:

Trailer Video Switch Module (VSM)
The FRAC VSM is the perfect solution for adding a trailer rear camera view to your FRAC Harness installation. This provides a nice Blind Spot Monitoring function as well as facilitating backing your trailer or RV into those tight spaces. No additional switches are required! Just add a wireless or wired camera to your trailer and route the video to the VSM. When trailer video is supplied it will automatically display on your Head Unit anytime the camera is powered on and Reverse gear or the Rear Camera view is selected. If there is no trailer camera video present, the tailgate camera video will be displayed instead. (NOTE: A separately purchased FRAC Harness is required in addition to the VSM)

Our OEM Style Front and Rear Camera Selector switch is available for customers who have spare switch slots in their vehicles and want to maintain an OEM appearance. This switch is the 22mm x 33mm "Small Toyota" form factor and will not fit properly in older large switch receptacles. This switch may be purchased individually or as part of a FRAC Harness kit.
