We automatically send tracking information for each order when we ship the order. Orders are shipped from North Carolina. FRAC adapters generally take about 2-3 days to ship.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Send Email to inquiry@autoharnesshouse.com to request a return. Returns are charged a restocking fee up to $4 (based on order total) and shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a refund request is made and can be processed prior to shipping the order, the restocking fee will still apply but shipping costs can be refunded. In cases where an item is faulty, exceptions may be made. Returns must be in saleable condition and refunds can take up to 45 days to process once the item is recieved by AutoHarnessHouse.com.
In general, technical support is available for the original purchaser until products are no longer listed.
Economy shipping for a single item to locations in the United States and all US Territories is about $6.55. Shipping costs for additional items will be calculated in the Paypal shopping cart.
